Restore Purchases in iOS Flexcil 1 (Old Version)

If you have purchased a Flexcil 1 Standard in the past, you can request a restoration of your purchase through the following methods.

Flexcil 1 purchase restoration guide

1.
Download the latest version of Flexcil 1 (v 7.1.25.0). (Download iOS Flexcil 1 (Old version))
2.
Capture the purchase history of the Flexcil 1 Standard. (See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support)
3.
In Flexcil 1 settings, choose Restore Previous Purchases.
4.
After reading the restore purchase guide, select Request for restoring purchases.
5.
When the email sending screen is displayed, send the email with the purchase details in step 2.

If you send multiple purchase restoration request emails, the purchase restoration code will continue to change. Please proceed with the purchase restoration request as a minimum.
6.
Enter the code issued by e-mail from support@flexcil.com into the ‘Enter Purchase Restoration Code’ window. (It may take 4-5 days for the purchase restoration code to be issued.)
7.
Flexcil Standard will be activated.

This is a case where the purchase restoration code has been updated because the purchase restoration has been performed several times. Please send the email again through the purchase restoration process. (Please do this only once.)
