Does the App Keep Crashing?

There can be many reasons for the Flexcil app to constantly force close, including issues with the app, issues with the OS, issues with the device, and settings issues. If the problem persists, please proceed to the next guide.

Update to the latest version or reinstall

The problem may have been fixed in the latest version. Please update the Flexcil app to the latest version.

If the problem still occurs, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the Flexcil app.
[Important] Before deleting Flexcil, be sure to back up your data, then delete and reinstall the app.

Send data to the Flexcil team

If you are still experiencing issues, please send the data you are experiencing issues to support@flexcil.com. By checking user data, you can determine the cause of the problem and solve it.
