When error occurs during data backup and restore
Not enough storage space
The backup and restore process may require 2 to 3 times the storage space of the backup data to prevent loss of original data. If you do not have enough space on your device, we recommend that you selectively back up specific documents or folders.
If the indicator keeps spinning during backup or restore, the operation is proceeding normally. However, if the backup data is large, it may take a very long time. Therefore, we recommend that you delete unnecessary or re-downloadable files before proceeding with the backup.
If an ‘invalidTextboxJsonData’ or ‘failtoreadcontent’ message is displayed during backup or restoration, please update Flexcil to the latest version before proceeding. If the problem occurs with the latest version, please forward the backup file to . (The backup data you sent will be destroyed after solving the problem.)
