Refund in-app purchases

Each app store has a different refund policy. Please check the refund guide below according to the app store where you purchased the app.

Flexcil refund policy

Refunds are not available if 14 days have passed since purchase.
Digital contents such as diary templates and stickers are non-refundable due to their nature. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

Apple App Store refund

Apple Inc. has the right to all refunds for products purchased from the Apple App Store. 3rd-party developers like us don’t have any rights. Please check the official Apple guide below to proceed with the refund. (Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple)

Google Play Store refund

Please send your order ID from your billing statement or receipt to support@flexcil.com for your paid purchase of Flexcil. You can find your order ID in the email address of the account where you purchased it or in the Google Payment Center. (Understand your Google Store charges & receipts) Order ID (order number) is a number that is in the form “GPA.000-0000-0000-00000”.

Huawei AppGallery refund

Huawei has the right to all refunds for products purchased from the Huawei AppGallery. 3rd-party developers like us don’t have any rights. Please contact Huawei through Contact Us on the Huawei Support page. (Support-HUAWEI Consumer Official site)
