* Flexcil Premium purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.
* Digital content (such as planners, stickers, etc.) cannot be refunded once downloaded, regardless of the purchase date. Please make sure to review the samples and product details carefully before making your purchase.
Apple App Store
The authority to issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store lies solely with Apple Inc.
Third-party developers do not have any authority over refunds.
* Please note that developers cannot access order numbers or related details from the App Store.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple
Google Play Store
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play can be processed either by Google Play or by Flexcil.

Please send your billing statement or the order ID from your receipt to our customer support team.
You can see the order ID from your email or Google account.

The process related to purchase and refund is entirely under the control of Huawei and 3rd party developer doesn't have any rights.
