The cause of the problem
There are a couple of possible reasons why a digital planner or a digital sticker is not properly downloaded.
- The temporary problem with the contents download server
- Bad Wi-Fi or cellular connection
- Airplane mode is turned on
Contents server problem
Digital content should be downloaded automatically right after the purchase but there are cases the content is not downloaded automatically due to a temporary problem with the contents server.
In this case, try to download the contents manually from the Flexcil Store.
To download the content, press icon at the bottom left side > go to the Restore Purchase menu > Press the Restore Purchase button > Press the download button
If you can't download the content by following the guide above, take the time and try again.
Wi-Fi or Cellular connection problem
Restart your Wi-Fi router or turn off and on the cellular data and try again.
If the Airplane mode is turned on
Turn off the Airplane mode and try again.
