The presentation mode in Flexcil helps you focus entirely on documents and notes when screen mirroring during a class or meeting.
Presentation mode can be used when utilizing the mirroring function on a tablet or smartphone.
Starting Presentation Mode on iOS
To use presentation mode on iOS, you need to enable the mirroring function.
To activate mirroring on iOS, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen.
From the menu that appears, select Screen Mirroring.
After selecting the mirroring menu, a list of available devices will be displayed. Choose the device you wish to mirror to.
Starting Presentation Mode on Android
For Android (based on Galaxy Tab, please select the corresponding function on other devices), you need to enable the Smart View function to use presentation mode.
The Smart View function can be set by swiping down from the top of the screen with your finger.
From the menu that appears, select Smart View.
Among the Smart View options, select Tablet → Other device, then choose the device you want to connect to from the right side.
Presentation Mode Options
You can access the presentation mode options by tapping the options icon in the upper right corner of the document viewer.
Mirror Entire Screen
When you choose Mirror Entire Screen, the app's interface including document tabs and pen toolbar is displayed, functioning similarly to standard mirroring.
Mirror Document Screen
Selecting the Mirror Document Screen option hides app UI such as document tabs, the pen toolbar, etc., supporting a more focused presentation environment.
Mirror with PopupNote
This option allows you to choose whether to display the pop-up viewer when it is opened on the mirrored device. It is only available and can be activated when the Mirror Document Screen option is enabled.
