Flexcil supports search features so that users can search documents by keywords.
Search text from the File Manager
You can search for the text contained in the title or the contents after pressing the icon at the top left side of the File Manager and typing the text.
You can also search PDF document or note only that contains the search text. And you can only search the document text or annotation text only by enabling the option.
Search text from the Document Viewer
You can search text in a certain document if you search from the Document Viewer.
There are 2 ways that you can search text in the document.
Search from the search box
- Press
icon at the top right side of the document viewer.
- The side panel will be extended and you will see the search box.
- Insert text and press Enter key(on iOS) or the Search key(on Android).
- If you press the search result, you can go to the part of the document where the text exists.
Search by using gestures
You can search text in the document more easily by using gestures.
- Check if you are in the Gesture mode by checking the far left side of the pen toolbar.
- Select text using the gesture.
