A pop-up viewer is a feature that lets you take a note or view another document while viewing a document on the main viewer.
Open/close the pop-up viewer
Open the pop-up viewer
To open the pop-up viewer, swipe up the screen with three fingers or press the icon at the top left side of the document viewer.
Close the pop-up viewer
To close the pop-up viewer, swipe down the screen with three fingers or press the icon at the top left side of the document viewer.
Change the size of the pop-up viewer
To change the size of the pop-up viewer, put three fingers on the pop-up viewer and pinch(make small) or spread(make big) fingers.
If you can't change the size of the pop-up viewer, please make sure that the option is enabled.
How to enable the Pop-up Document Resizing option
- Press
icon at the bottom left side of the File Manager.
- Go to the Document Viewer menu.
- Enable the Pop-up Document Resizing(3-finger pinch) option in the Gesture section.
Send the document on the pop-up viewer to the main viewer
You can send the document from the pop-up viewer to the main viewer by pressing icon at the top left side of the pop-up viewer.
Bring the document from the main viewer to the pop-up viewer
To bring the document from the main viewer to the pop-up viewer, press and hold the document tab and drag it to the pop-up viewer.
※ On the Android app, the document will remain on the main viewer after bringing the document. On the iOS app, the document will disappear from the main viewer.
Change the document on the pop-up viewer
You can change the document on the pop-up viewer by following the methods below.
Method 1.
Press and hold the document tab on the main viewer and drag it to the pop-up viewer.
Method 2.
Press icon on the right side of the document name on the pop-up viewer. Select the name of the document that you want to change from the list.
Method 3.
Press icon and move the Page Manager. Select the name of the document that you want to change from the list on the left. Select the page that you want to open from the right side.
