When you log in to the Flexcil app, a guidance pop-up will appear automatically.
Tap [Go to Claim] in the pop-up to move to the “08/29 Server Access Outage Compensation” section in the Content Market.
In the “08/29 Server Access Outage Compensation” section, tap [Download] to download the three-item package of paid digital content.
On the first screen after logging in, you can confirm the downloaded three-item package of paid digital content and start using it immediately.

You can use it for free without registering a separate voucher simply by logging into your account, from Friday, September 19, 2025 to Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
